Amy Katcherian serves as Vice President, Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title Group, providing underwriting expertise and guidance on complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide. With more than 15 years of experience in the title industry, Amy began her career in New York City in 2010 before returning home to Southern California, where she continues to support clients and colleagues with practical, solution-oriented counsel.

As national underwriting counsel for the FNF family of companies, Amy specializes in all aspects of commercial underwriting. Her background in litigation gives her a unique ability to quickly assess and analyze legal disputes and title-related matters, helping clients navigate challenges efficiently and confidently. Known for finding reasonable solutions to complex title issues, Amy approaches every transaction with a commitment to collaboration, fairness, and exceptional service.

Amy considers one of the most rewarding aspects of her role to be the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled title and escrow professionals. She values the collective expertise of her colleagues and believes there is always something new to learn from each transaction and every member of the team.

Amy is licensed to practice law in both California and New York. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA, graduating with a double major in Political Science and Communications, and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2004.

Born and raised in Irvine, California, Amy is also a proud mother of two boys. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with a good book and spending time with her family.
